“Some quick words about Linda and then the details: energetic, organized, experienced, and committed. Energetic: Linda is a dynamo. It never mattered when i spoke to her or what day it was or where she was headed, Linda always acted like my house was the only house in the world. She was so upbeat and so engaged, it made me upbeat too, which can be a challenge during the stress of selling one's home. Organized: Linda was a delight to work with because she was so organized-- she was clear in what we needed to do to get the house ready to put on the market and had a way fo us to do it. She had a packet of materials to get us started, answers to common questions, and for each step of the way she would send us information about what to expect. It always came at the right time and was a really helpful. Experienced: Linda knows the market and what to expect, and that was such a help. She had an answer for every question, and if she didn't have it, she would get it. She knew what was important, and what was just noise. Even selling during a pandemic, Linda was already on top of how the market was dealing with it and had already pivoted to follow its direction. Committed: When you work with Linda, she is going to throw the full weight of her resources into selling your home, whether it is staging, photography, listing descriptions, etc. She wanted us to be successful, and was committed to making that happen.
