“I can't say enough about Linda Edelwich as a person and as a Realtor. She is very talented, energetic and knowledgeable without being pushy. Linda has sold two properties for us: our condo in Newington in 2007 and my childhood home in Wethersfield in 2012. Linda was a great resource throughout every step of the sale and closing of both properties. When my husband and I decided to sell our condo in June 2007, we met with Linda on a Monday and by the following Sunday evening we had an offer. We were so impressed with her that we signed the contract after our first meeting! She did an amazing job of staging, photography and setting up a website. Linda is a very warm and compassionate person. In 2012, I called Linda shortly after my mother passed away to make plans to list the house that I moved into with my parents in 1959. Needless to say, this was a very difficult and emotional time for me. Linda was wonderful! She was very patient and understanding. Again, she did an outstanding job of staging, photography and setting up a website. I have recommended Linda to several friends and neighbors who have had success buying and selling homes and condos and I will continue to do so.”
