“We had an awesome experience working with Linda when we sold our house recently. She led us through the process from start to finish providing excellent guidance and suggestions but always reassuring us that the final decisions were our own decisions and not hers. We had seen how Linda marketed/sold some neighbors houses and were impressed with her strategies and the end results. We first met with her on Oct. 8th to discuss listing our house and assumed she’d suggest we wait till spring to list it. Instead, she suggested listing it by November 1 since we knew the current market and because we had already bought another house. I wasn’t sure we could purge 30 years worth of stuff and get our house ready to show in such a short time but Linda and her stager, Fiona (also excellent!) were both so encouraging and said we could do it. We did and the house looked great by Nov. 1. As the joke goes- it made us wonder why we were selling??!! She gave us lots of “comps” to give us an idea of what she thinks we should list the house for and what it would probably sell for. In the end, we got exactly what she thought it would sell for – considerably over asking within a short time after listing it. Linda was always very responsive to our emails, texts and phone calls. She made me feel like we were her only client (I know we weren’t). I also liked working directly with her and not a “team’’ as some other realtors work. I joked with her that I was going to start calling her “Bunny” (as in the Energizer Bunny) because she had so much energy. I’m so glad we used Linda to help us sell our house. She shared her wealth of experience and vast list of contacts so we could sell in such a short time. We followed her guidance and suggestions and weren’t disappointed. She was so easy to work with and made a stressful process much less stressful. You won’t regret using her as your realtor.”
