I am no stranger to buying and selling houses in Connecticut and up until a few months ago I was also no stranger to real estate transactions gone bad. When I made the decision to sell my house and move to the shoreline in the most competitive real estate market in decades, I knew I needed the best of the best. I did a lot of research and talked to a lot of people and all I kept hearing was "you need Linda Edelwich." I knew I was in good hands with Linda from Day One. She and her team did a phenomenal job staging, photographing and marketing my house and it made all the difference. My house sold for well above asking price - more than most other houses in my area were getting. Yes, the market was competitive but I can assure you it wouldn't have sold for nearly as much if I used another realtor. Who you hire matters!! Just as important was finding a house to buy. Not an easy feat in a very competitive market where all cash offers are the norm. On top of that, I'm very picky about where I live. Linda met the challenge head on and helped me win in a multiple bidding situation with the appraisal contingency I needed. The house was everything I wanted and I couldn't be happier. My only regret is that I didn't work with Linda sooner. She is the best of the best and I can't recommend her highly enough!”
