She is an expert on the Glastonbury (and surrounding area) housing market. She understands what her buyers are looking for and balances them with the needs of her sellers. Linda was referred to us by a neighbor, who worked with her to sell their home and to purchase their next home. We scheduled a consultation with Linda, where she walked through our home, told us what were the selling points and what could be done to get the most value. We discussed listing strategy, what timing works best, and what we as sellers needed to do prior to listing our house. Linda worked with a professional stager, photographer, videographer and recommended contractors to make sure the house showed its best features. She was available at all times to respond to our many questions and provide assistance where she could. She really went above and beyond my expectations! She even responded to my panicked phone call late the night before the closing to help me remove a dresser mirror that was too large for my car and enlisted her husband and son to move the mirror so it wasn't on the property for the walk-through the next morning! She helped us find a rental property where we could live between the sale of our house and before moving into our next house. It's those (not so) little things that makes Linda the only realtor I will call the next time I plan to buy or sell a home!”
