“Quick version: Go with Linda! Linda is extremely knowledgeable both in home construction and the market, has exceptional taste, exhibits the utmost professionalism, works great with all types of people (including the elderly and people whose first language isn't English), and I can't imagine a better realtor. Long version: My parents reached the age where it was time to move to warmer climates and the inviting amenities of a senior community. Unfortunately, they were facing a tough seller's market and their home, perhaps fashionable a few decades ago, was noticeably outdated and in need of significant renovations. The home down the street, with a more modern and polished look, was on the market for over 8 months even after a few price drops. Despite the unfavorable conditions, Linda had a carefully prepared approach to maximize the value of my parents' home. She advised us on the changes we both should and shouldn't make in order to maximize the return, had a number of recommended contractors with which to work, did an incredible job of staging the home, and enacted an effective, multi-faceted marketing strategy to sell the home at a price we were happy with and in a surprisingly short amount of time. Linda was extremely accommodating to my parents who aside from being elderly, also have limited English ability. Living out of state on the other side of the country, there was only so much I could do to support them in the process and I appreciate how great Linda was in helping my parents. She assisted them in getting the repairs they needed and fixing up the home, was patient in answering their questions, did an amazing job in staging the home to the point where I was shocked that it was the same home, and kept all of us informed in a timely manner, especially through an escrow process that underwent a few delays due to the buyer's bank. It was evident that Linda was extremely knowledgeable not only about the real estate market but also home construction and required regulations. She has a great marketing approach and frankly, I can't imagine a better realtor. It's almost a shame that we now live on the other side of the country as I would love to use Linda as a realtor in the future. She's set an extremely high, if not unattainable, standard by which I will compare other realtors to!”
